On visiting the store we, husband and myself , had a warm welcome.Staff are very friendly. We felt relaxed in going exploring the store, which I might say I absolutely love. It’s very well laid out. The staff when needed helped us with our purchases and it felt very safe throughout.

just wish you didn't use parcel force for deliveries they are hopeless.

Fabulous new statement lamp. I looked on line but decided to wait until I could visit your Broadway store. It was so pleasurable to actually see the gorgeous products and take in the sheer beauty of the store. I ended up buying a completely different lamp to the one I had seen on line. If possible, go to a store and see the products.

I love OKA products. Such beautiful, unique, tasteful and elegant pieces. I have bought a number of different pieces from OKA and have always been thoroughly delighted with my purchases. Fundamentally that is why I keep returning for more!

Great customer service and amazing products

Firstly, a lovely product: bookends made out of a very heavy two part lizard. Secondly, I was impressed with the Returns Label in the information pack. Only downside was the inner polystyrene moulds that protect the lizard. Polystyrene cannot be recycled easily. Re-use in the bottom of heavy garden pots is possible. Overall, lovely.

Welcoming staff who were very knowledgeable regarding the products in store. Genuinely interested in what it was we were looking for. Loved the layout of the store - it made it easy for us to imagine things in a proper room setting.

A very helpful young lady (don’t know her name) helped me choose cushions . Been on the hunt since June and ordered and sent back loads from many shops. Also bought a lampshade and Scott was super helpful ... lovely staff and a great shop ????????
